When will my system ship?
Presale systems are scheduled in production batches. Your expected shipment window is confirmed after the order and ranch configuration are reviewed. Delivery dates are estimates, not guaranteed shipment dates.
Is shipping included in the displayed package price?
No, unless a written final quote expressly says otherwise. Freight, applicable taxes and site-specific deployment costs are confirmed before shipment.
What is included in the first year?
The published presale package totals include the first year of monitoring for the boluses in that order. The current offer after the first year is $3 USD per active animal per month unless a later written service agreement states otherwise.
How many gateways will I need?
Health gateway quantity depends on the ranch coverage plan. GeoLocation starts with a minimum of three GeoLocation gateways; larger or more difficult ranches may need additional gateways.
What if I have been working with a sales representative?
Select “Yes” in the sales-representative section and identify the representative. We use that information to associate the online order with the sales relationship already in progress.
Can I change a $0-down reservation?
Yes. Pay Later reservations are nonbinding, require no deposit and may be changed or cancelled before shipment without a cancellation fee.
Does the system replace checking cattle or calling a veterinarian?
No. Monitoring information is designed to help prioritize attention. Physical inspection and appropriate veterinary care remain essential.
