Presale Order and Reservation Terms
Pay Now orders
A Pay Now selection is a paid presale order for the equipment configuration and discounted equipment price shown at checkout. Your Presale Order Number confirms receipt of the order; your sequential Presale Customer Number is issued only after payment clears.
Unless the final quote expressly states otherwise, applicable sales or use taxes, freight, installation, travel, connectivity, and site-specific deployment work are not included in the displayed equipment price and may be invoiced separately before shipment.
Cancellations and refunds
You may request cancellation of a Pay Now order before it is assigned to manufacturing by contacting sales@wanderingshepherd.com. After manufacturing assignment, any refund may be reduced by documented, nonrecoverable costs incurred for the order. Refunds are returned to the original payment method when practicable. Bank-payment refunds may not be initiated until the original funds have cleared.
Pay Later reservations
A Pay Later reservation is nonbinding, requires no deposit, and may be changed or cancelled before shipment without a cancellation fee. Nothing will ship and no payment will be charged unless you later approve a final order. The Pay Later prices shown are the current presale offer and may be replaced by a later written quote if the configuration, quantities, taxes, freight, deployment scope, or offer period changes.
Mailed checks
The Pay Now price is held for 10 business days after the order is submitted. Include the Presale Order Number in the memo. A Presale Customer Number is issued only after the check clears. Do not email bank-account or card details.
Timing and product changes
Presale delivery timing is an estimate, not a guaranteed shipment date. Wandering Shepherd may make reasonable product, software, component, or packaging changes before delivery, provided the delivered system retains substantially similar intended functionality.
Monitoring service
The first year of monitoring is included for the boluses in the presale order. After the first year, the current offer is $3 USD per active animal per month unless a later written service agreement states otherwise.
