Shipping, Delivery & Returns

Presale systems are planned around ranch configuration and are shipped in production batches. Freight and the expected shipment window are confirmed with the customer before shipment.

First-shipment targetPending approved production schedule

We will replace this status with a dated target when the production schedule is locked. Individual customer shipment windows are still confirmed in writing after order review.

Presale delivery timing

Presale delivery dates are estimates rather than guaranteed shipment dates. After your order or reservation is reviewed, Wandering Shepherd confirms the expected shipment window and any ranch-specific deployment requirements in writing.

  2. 2Production batch The approved order is assigned to the applicable production schedule.
  3. 3Shipment window The expected timing and freight are confirmed in writing.
  4. 4Ship & inspect Equipment ships and the customer checks the delivery promptly.

Freight and taxes

Unless a final quote expressly includes them, freight, applicable sales or use taxes, installation, travel, connectivity and site-specific deployment work are not included in the displayed equipment price.

Pay Later reservations

Pay Later reservations are $0 down and may be changed or cancelled before shipment without a cancellation fee. Nothing ships and no payment is charged unless you later approve the final order.

Pay Now cancellations

Pay Now presale cancellations and refunds follow the Presale Order and Reservation Terms. Contact us as early as possible if a configuration needs to change.

Shipment inspection

Inspect delivered packages promptly. If equipment appears to have been damaged in shipment or an item is missing, contact Wandering Shepherd with the order number, package condition and photographs when available so we can help document the issue.

Returns after delivery

Return eligibility depends on the product, condition, reason for return and the order-specific terms. Contact Wandering Shepherd before sending hardware back so we can provide the applicable return instructions and authorization.
